I have considered the fact that I am a minor, and that if i runaway i can get into trouble but where I am living is not working for me. This isn't the right place for me to be living, I know theres something out there in the world for everyone and I am going to go find my thing. How much money should i save up, how much clothes should i take? My girlfriend is also coming along. We are leaving here to be together and to find out what we are going to do. Someone please help us out.

Honestly...I would stay right where you are until you are of age.
I left home when I was 16 and although I had plans for my life, and was a really good kid, I managed to get caught up in a really bad scene, doing drugs and criminal acts on a regular basis.
The freaky thing is, I had no clue I was messing my life up.
Now I look back and thankfully I got out of that (unlike most people) but I can't believe all of the stupid things I did while not living at home with my parents.

If you are however going to runaway, I would suggest you figure out a realistic budget...where will you live? How will you pay rent and bills? How will you eat? Where will you work?
If you are mature enough to live on your own you MUST know the answers to these questions.
Living on your own isn't cheap...especially if you plan to move from your city.

Just think about it. No matter how boring or "not right" your current home is for you, being out on your own is NOT going to be fun or easy.

You should go watch that movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" with Will Smith. (Yes I know happiness is spelled wrong...its how it is in the title lol)
It could really help put things into perspective for you. Whatever this "thing" is that you think is out there waiting for you, you need to WORK for it.

ok, move away from home. Thats great, but First..........

get a job making at least 30,000 40,000 $ a year.
have your GF do the same.

Then rent an apt for 800$ a month, add 100 for electricity, and 60$ for cable and internet. then 400$ for food.
insurance, 70$, reg for car 45$, inspect 40$ gas .... 200$ month and rising.

now lets see clothes.................. after a year you need to replace your old clothes so thats pretty irrelevant. I have about 10 different outfits now and that lasted me nearly over 1 year.

so thats around 20,000 a year altogether, but if you want a car, thats another 10,000 and one for your girl thats 10,000 more

so it would cost you at leasr 40,000 to set you and your girl. but still 20,000 for every year. actually more, something like 25,000 I think if I do my math right

tell you what. I'm 30 and left home when I was 19 when I got my girl pregnant. I had to quit school and be a dad and work for 11 years.

Now, I realize that I have never been happy, unless I look at my daugther.

I am now going back to school and that is truely making me happy because I can now see the 40,000 a year around the corner when I get out of school.

Stay home and get school done with, then finish up at college in a dorm of apt away from mom and dad......

and be careful with your girl. don't make a mistake buddy

If you can't find what makes you happy in yourself, there is nothing out there that will make you happy. You need a lifestyle change. Try something that keeps your mind busy. Sports/Clubs/Hobbies are all some things to keep you busy and from thinking about all the crap in your life.

If you can't be happy with yourself, there is nothing out there in the world that will make you happy.

no matter where you go to...... 'find the thing that's gonna make you happy'..... make sure it has a mirror, cause everytime you look in it, your going to see the thing that makes you happy or not, ya feel me?
