1. Usually, president, in formal meeting wearing a "clothes" after he wear a white shirt. what is that "suit " called? (look like tuxedo but not tuxedo)

suit for work... tuxedo for very formal social occassion ie finger food and champagne... dining jacket it to wear to the resturant.

a tuxedo is for formal events usually including dancing.

Dinner jacket, is just a jacket by itself that looks good with anything you wear

and a suit is for more casual, nice attire. the whole outfit, pants, jacket, and soemtimes vest should all be the same material, pattern and brand.
