I have missed my period after 2 years and 10 months since i have undergone Tubal Ligation? Is it normal?

I took preg test after 20 days of delay and its negative...Need answer asap. Pls help

This is definitely not normal and I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to have this evaluated to see what they think could be going on.
