In my opinion I don't think you can completely because I have learned from the internet that people can convince of a lot of things that are completely not true. When you meet them in person body actions help you read people although then again you never know for sure. I don't mean to be such a pessimist but trust your instincts. Good luck!

Try to get help with him. Such as give him money to send to someone at other place, ask where did he goes to. If him agreed without any problem. Thats a bad person. Good person will ask many question because he don't want to get involve in any trouble, or he didn't accept.

They say that the eyes are the mirror of the soul. Meaning that you can tell what kind of person are you dealing with just by looking at her/his eyes.
Of course it depends how much experience you have with those things and how sensitive you are.
I was never wrong doing this. Just concentrate and look at his/her eyes. Try to catch his/her look when he/she is not looking at you. If you can see the softness in the eyes that is a good person.

look at his eyes and ask some questions about him.then check how long he can answer you.if he can answer you fluently in short time,maybe he is a good guy.you can try it.you know your question is hard.good luck!

you could test them by talking to them if they are selfish they wouldn't care about others.if they are nice they will care about you etc.

a simple example..
if you met him/her and tries to give you candy with no reason at all, then he/she is good.
if he/she does'nt give you anything and suddenly asks a piece of candy or more, then he/she is bad.
