have been sending out letters for a charity called swings and slides.

No charity with that name registered with the Charity Commission

Imperial Court is an HMRC building. As far as I'm aware, and I have to go there quite regularly, there is no suite 216. There are open plan floors rather than suites. I could be wrong but as I say, I do work in that building regularly.
