Especially when they didn't even answer the question..you can tell...can't give yourself a rating so...at least answer the damn thing if you think you are so good at rating it!

Yes but I do not let it get to me they want to be jerks then let them it is not doing any harm at the end it is the asker who gets to decide that is unless the put it in voting.
