You can make anything then...necklaces, bracelets, keychains. Just go to a local craft store and buy the materials. You can start selling the items to your family and friends, and you could even make your own business cards.

It can be really hard going trying to make money out of something small like this (from personal experience), but it depends if you really want to make the money, or just doing it for fun. Enquire about your local bead/craft/sewing shops as they will most probably have the materials you need for this sort of thing. There is loads of jewellery you can make, but you need to find something that is easy to get hold of the materials and cost effective. Another suggestion of mine, is making hair things, a friend of mine made fantastic hair pins for a wedding hair do, she got wire/pins from a hair warehouse type thing, and lots of small beads from a craft shop. You would probably need to research hair accessories first though.
I think its really positive that you are trying to do something useful with your time instead of mooching around! Other things you could do are voluntary work (most places are glad of the help!), this could be at a charity shop, youth clubs, kids clubs, sunday schools, asking local churches, organisations, childrens homes, nursing homes, etc if they need anything done. this usually comes in handy in the future when u are looking for a job etc.
Other than that you could start to learn a new language at home?!
Good luck!

What you need to do is focus on what interests you and you feel you can give that is sufficently unique to make it worthwhile. Go out and try things, don't worry if you initially fall flat on your face. Keep trying things and finding out from your potential customers what works and what doesn't! There is a whole variety of things you can do and I could list them, but you can use search engines for that! What I would say is really work at something you can fit around your life, almost so it is like a time filler that pays! Start simple and then gradually build yourself up until you're at a level that suits the level of commitment your willing to give! Good Luck.

beaded jewellery needs only 2 skills: patience and imagination. since a lot of people are in that area you have got to be creative enough to offer something different to attract customers. best start with your school mates, neighbours and friends and you could be on to something thats both fun and profitable.
this is a good website: http://www.clickoncreativity.co.za/beading.html

You will need some beads and string. Then you just put em together and then sell em.
