Hi, Tony! I think I know how you are feeling. I've been seeing such numbers like 11:11, 1:11, 12:12, 13:13, 14:14, 15:15...19:19.... almost every day, at least 5 days a week, and its got nothing to do with checking the time too often. I especially get to see 11:11 combination on personally important days, was moved to room no.11 in my dormitory and teach English at some school with house no. 47, and live with my family in house no. 47 (4+7=11) totally surrounded by it. But, you have nothing to worry about.
Number 11 is a master number, that is why important things or people are usually connected to it, in the sense that they change the course of this planet for the better, no matter how odd it sounds. (9+1+1= 11) That's because the combination number 11:11 is a wake-up call or the key to a new dimension in life. 9/11 was a big change for the entire world - since then more and more people demand truth, peace, prosperity and honest world leaders for example.
Thousands of people, actually more and more people are seing 11:11, and if you google ''11:11'' or ''11:11 and September 11'', you'll find loads of information which can help you understand. Still, do take for yourself only those information which talk to YOU, otherwise you'll get confused.
I carried out a personal experiment on this one: ''If 11:11 is a wake-up call, let's discover its pattern of occuring,'' I said to myself. i became more attentive of when it was occuring, and noticed that it was mostly on, before, or after important days. The peak of my experiment was, when I was called to a job interview and had to leave all my belongings in a small locker. Guess which key I got for this locker: key no.11! It was so funny, because it totally symbolized what it's purpose is - to unlock door to other dimensions in life, and like this get new insights which can help us change the course of this planet for the better.
Other no. combinations like 12:12, 13:13...19:19 also symbolize inner balance, or getting into inner balance, since it is a prerequisite to make healthy decisions in your life, which will not harm you or the rest of the world, and like this contribute something good to the world.
Make good choices, and happy birthday in advance!

You're not alone. I see 12:34 all the time, and 2:22, and that sorta thing. I kinda stopped being surprised by it because it happened so much. It's more of a shock when I don't see a coincidence on my clock now.
I do have a theory though. You probably check the time more often than you remember. It's a subconscious act that you won't store in permanent memory unless a memorable time jumps up at you. The strange coincidence will cause you to remember it again each time it happens.

These numbers mean nothing.
The human brain is one of the best number crunching machines on the planet, even the best computer cannot even come close to the brains pattern matching ability.
Take this for instance, how many times have you seen 4:30 ion the clock over the past coupple of months. Just think, your mind is not focusing on the time of 4:30 and so you will tend to think on the surface that it hasn't happened recently. I however will bet you that it has happened the same amount of times if not more more times than you have noticed the time of 11:11, 1:11 or 9:11.
Also keep in mind that the brain has its own internal clock. If you believe that something is going happen at a particular time, in this case you will see the time of 11:11, then the clock in your subconcious will tell you to look at the clock at 11:11.
This does not mean that something is going to happen soon, just that you believe that it will. I don't like saying 'it is only in your head' but in this case it is.
Hope this helps.

I know just what you mean. I always see 1:13, 2:13, etc. I'm not a clock-watcher but the number of times I see ?:13 when I look is really spooky.

You may be on to something. I don't think you have too much to worry about, about this. You might just be in touch with your need to try and understand something or try and resolve something that you haven't yet resolved. It'll come to you in time. It might also just be a minor fixation that you just need to ignore. Or it could be a good thing, that it's important that we don't forget what happened on 9-11.
Both numbers have interesting meanings in history.
11 is a number that lacks completion - it's in between 10, an even or "complete" number, divisible into 100, and 12 also considered complete, divisible into 360 represented a circle or completeness. Maybe you're just a step away from being "complete" or resolving something.
9: there's that poem, "A stitch in time saves nine" whatever that means. It's also interesting to note that, mathematically, when you add by 9, the next number "slips" back by one: 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, etc...
Well, hope all this helps. Good luck in your search. :)

it doesn't mean any thing because nobody knows the future and there are no signals that alert you
but it seems that you have your own worries about your future and you just are reflecting theses worries on the clock
