~First, get your facts straight. The Jewish homeland was created before WWII started and not by the British. I mean, if you want to propound an anti-semitic propostion (actually, anti-Jewish because the contemporary so-called Palestinians are semites: proof in and of itself that they are not true Palestinians) at least you should have some clue as to that of which you speak.
The region has changed hands throughout history more often than Poland and Sicily. Egypt, Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome, the Byzantines, the Saracens, various Arabian empires, the Ottomans and the British, among others, have held claim to the region since time immemorial.
The "Palestinians" were non-semitic Greeks who occupied the area for a very short time before being conquered by and then absorbed into Babylon. At the same time, Babylon threw the Jews out but the Persians let them back in when they took over. Since the 5th century BCE, the Palestinians have ceased to exist as a distinct ethnic group. The name of the region (Palestine in one variation or another) carried forward and Arabs and other semitic peoples identified themselves with the region by calling themselves 'Palestinians'.
After WWI, the Ottomans lost Palestine to the British and it became a British Mandate by act of the League of Nations. By 1917, the British, under the auspices of the League, had announced plans to create a Jewish homeland within the Mandate. (Everyone was in favor of reducing the Jewish population in Europe) The Jews were to receive a portion of Palestine and Trans-Jordan and they would be denied emigration rights into Trans-Jordan proper. The Arabs in residence would occupy the balance.
After WWII, the British denied Jewish refugees the right to settle in the region and the Irgun and Lehi began their terrorist campaign. British sentiment at home was chiefly to get the troops out - the cost in both money and public opinion was too great for the little benefit received - so the Brits bailed and turned the region over to the UN.
In an effort to pacify the region and mollify the locals, the UN created two independent states in the region, one Arab and one Jewish. Israel was established on May 14, 1948. Prior to the UN action, no Jewish homeland existed in the Middle East. The British mandate ended on May 15. Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Trans-Jordan, the Holy War Army, the Arab Liberation Army, and local indigenous Arabs immediately attacked Israel when the Brits left, and the 1948 Arab-Israeli War followed. The Israelis, of course, won, (then and in each war thereafter) and by treaty the borders of Israel were established and the balance of "Palestine" was swallowed up by Egypt, Syria and Jordan. Much like when the US wrested independence from Britain in 1783, Israel was created by force of arms, international treaty and international law.
As to any historical claim to the area by the "Palestinians", there is none. The Palestinians are an extinct people and their historical homeland, if any, is in Mycenaea. Their beef, if any, is with Babylon (Iraq) or maybe with Greece and Cyprus. But, when invaders and interlopers lose, they really have no beef with anyone. It's called 'losing' in the general scheme of things.
By the same token, the Jews who once inhabited the area were conquered and evicted by virtually every significant power that ever held sway in the region. Just as I wouldn't expect to give Germany back to the Angles and Saxons, France to the Celts, or Manhattan to the Lenapi, I wouldn't give "Palestine" or Israel to any of the former ruling nations, peoples or empires.
The short answer to you question, then, is: To the victor belong the spoils.
As to granting any land to any tribe by biblical or other legendary writing, the concept is ludicrous. Land is taken by force of arms and/or treaty. Isreal won, the so-called palestinians lost (and the real palestineans no longer exist). To whom do you suggest Trans-Jordan be given and under what authority?

Nope. TO follow your way of thinking you would also have to not believe in the United Nations, democracy or history.
The British did NOT give Israel to the Jews. In fact, the British Mandate handed the decision to the UN who decided to table the resolution for the partition plan in the General Assembly- and a majority vote of the countries n the world resulted in the acceptance of the partition plan.

Not at all. Further, they are prepared to defend their homeland to the death of every last Jew, and they will succeed in the most hostile environment in the world today. They are a strong people, and they will survive despite some who want to take their land away from them!!

Those "poor Palestinians" fire rockets into innocent Israeli towns--a war crime, by the way. Those "poor Palestinians" throw rocks at moving cars which has caused death and serious injuries. Those "poor Palestinians" have never given up their desire to destroy Israel. We get that you hate Israel. But trying to convince anyone with your bizarre posts won't get you anywhere.

Given the number of Israeli Jews who are native to the mid-east I'd say no. Maybe if the Muslim countries hadn't rabidly driven most of their jewish population into immigrating to Israel, you'd have a case.

No.
There was no pre-existing Palestinian state there.
Israel has been around for nearly 60 years now.
Jews have done a good job with it. Look at what the Palestinians have done.

No. It was given to them as the "Promised Land" over 4000 years ago. I won't tamper with past history or with present realities.

Agree
Palestine belongs to Palestinians.
No piece of fiction or propaganda, even with all the military and nuclear capabilities, will ever change this fact. DNA, science and logic proves who belongs in Palestine and who does not.
There was less than 200 Jews in Palestine before 1800.
In 1290 Jews were expelled from England.
1392 from France
1492 from Spain
1497 from Portugal
Britain was at war with France. In 1812 British was at war with France and the United States. During the late 1700's to the mid 1800's Europeans were invading (colonizing) Africa, Asia and the Americas in great numbers. By the early to mid 1800's France was already in the Middle East. Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and even Egypt was under French rule. The British needed a passage to India and since much of Northern Africa was under French rule the British tried to encourage what few Jews that were left in England to move to Palestine. They figured if they gave “free” land to British Jews that would help Britain maintain a passage to India through the Middle-East. Britain believed all Arabs including Palestinians would side with the French so they tried to import their people into the area.
During the 1840's some British Jews moved to Palestine. Due to climate, agricultural failures and disease, most returned to Britain. Palestine was rural but inhabited. (The lie "open land free of people" was started by the British to remove Jews from Britain and to gain leverage in the Middle East.)
The Zionist movement began in the late 1800's. The founders of this movement were upset that Russian Jews were more Russian than Jewish that Polish Jews were more Polish than Jewish and European Jews identified more with their country of residence than with their religion. The Hebrew language was nearly extinct. Their first step was to revive the language and force European Jews to use Hebrew as their language. They decided that just encouraging or even forcing Jews to use Hebrew would not work, they would still be Polish Jews, Russian Jews, etc. and if they ever learned Hebrew, it would still be their second language. The Zionist decided Jews needed a home of their own. Most Jews were not Zionists and were against this idea.
In 1882 Argentina was selected as the site of the Jewish homeland. Britain which had been encouraging British Jews to move to Palestine for over 30 years suggested to the Russian Jews (the main force behind the Zionist movement) why move to Argentina when Palestine was closer and it was “open land with no owners.” Yes, the British continued to spread this lie.
Palestinian, the native people of Palestine, already lived in Palestine.
This British lie is one of the reasons so many people claim Palestine never existed. It did.
Go to your library - get any geography book published before 1948 and see for yourself.
Go on the Ellis Island web site. Search for Palestine, search for Palestinian both will come up. Search for Israel and nothing comes up.
Britain had been stealing Palestinian land since around 1850. First selling the stolen land to British Jews and then just giving it away. (The British were armed, but the Palestinians were not. Palestinians were defenseless victims of British aggression.). When not enough Jews from Britain would even accept free land in Palestine, Britain turned to other European Jews.
The number of Jews in Palestine reached 1500 in 1860.
In 1881 the number of Jews in Palestine was 10,000.
Even the Zionists who were desperate for a Jewish homeland turned down the British offer of a homeland in Palestine.
In 1904 the Fourth Zionist Congress decided to establish a national home for Jews in Argentina.
Throughout the 20th century Britain continued its effort to remove Jews from Europe and send them to Palestine. (Much cheaper to ship them to Palestine than Argentina.)
These illegal immigrants continued to pour into Palestine.
Year Total Muslim Jewish Christian Other

1922 752,048 589,177(78%) 83,790(11%) 71,464(10%) 7,617(1%)
1931 1,036,339 761,922(74%) 175,138(17%) 89,134(9%) 10,145(1%)

In 1900, Palestine had a population of about 600,000 of which 94% were Arabs.
To those that believe in the fiction. The chosen people were of a particular race.
The Ashkenazic Jews are Christian converts and the not chosen people. There is a difference. A genetic difference. There are several Jewish medical studies that request patients identify themselves as Ashkenazic or Sephardic Jew.
If there were ‘chosen people’ this eliminates the Ashkenazic Jews.
There were no problems in Palestine or in the Middle East until the Ashkenazic Jews arrived in Palestine. Arabs and Jews, both Sephardic and Oriental, coexisted peacefully for thousands of years. Most American Jews are European Jews and thus Ashkenazic Jews.
The 200 Jews that lived in Palestine prior to 1800 are the Oriental Jews. These Jews are the ones that have lived in Palestine for thousands of years. If Jews were the ‘chosen people’, it would be referring to these Jews and not those from Europe or North Africa.
Oriental Jews and Palestinians descended from the same people.
Science, fact, DNA and the book of fiction all point to the Palestinians as the chosen people.
If Jews are the chosen people, it is the Oriental Jews.
When Sephardic Jews were expelled from Spain and Portugal, they moved into North Africa. Over time some moved to Palestine and intermarried with the Oriental Jews.
If there were a ‘chosen people’ it referred to the Oriental Jews which due to small numbers and intermarrying with the Sephardic Jews no longer exist as a people.
The rightful heir as the ‘chosen people’ would be the Palestinians who descended from the same people as the Jews, and not some foreign European converts.
DNA will confirm who is related and who is not.
The illegal, pretenders need to be expelled from the chosen people’s land.
