If you can, adress the problem(s). If you still feel really unhappy, then I'd suggest talking to a counsellor or a close friend you trust.

Maybe something is bothering you. It could be something you might not acknowledge is bothering you at the moment until you think about it. For example, if you did bad on an exam, at first you may say "o it's ok, I'll do better next time" but internally the grade really is bothering you.
But don't worry everyone messes up, makes mistakes, and things are always happening in life. Just look at the bright sides of things and make the best out of whaterver comes alone your way. Sooner or later with a positive attitude, you'll feel that life is really amazing and great. :)

It is a hormonal issue more than like. Your neurotransmitters are out of sank kind of like what I call
a miss-fire. Get your serotonin level is low. It;s the zen master
of all hormones. Try some 5HTP for a month if it doesn't get. better you need to see doctor there is alot of ssri out there
try cymbalta it rasies you norephene & seration level.

because u're a girl thats normal but before u effected by a fungus because u cried a lot why don't u collects all your tears with a bowl or glasses and drink it hopefully it would help u stop crying

You sound depressed. You need to help YOURSELF. Go to someone you can TRUST to talk to, a close friend, relative, school counselor -whoever. But GET HELP. You need counseling from SOMEONE. There's NO shame in it. Just DO IT. -And hang in there. :)

you are frustrated and stressed. please take a mini break. go somewhere to relax. do something you enjoy. take a walk outside. it should relieve some of the stress. even for a moment, it is very therapeutic.
