How do you get rid of the Linksys Wi-Fi "signal strength" window pop up?

I have Linksys Wi-Fi network on my Laptop but I keep getting this annoying "signal strength" pop up window when the network can't connect. I would love to get rid of it or click it off.

Uninstall the Linksys utility. Then insert you card again and just install the drivers and let windows control the wireless connection.
