Sounds like a troll to me, and DJ, you've got nothing that interests me. That being said, the liver is a large, and important organ with complex functions. While the heart is essential it is just a muscle . The skin is often considered an organ and as such , is the largest and of course the most visible so perhaps it is the most interesting.

Brain. The brain has so many different funtions and controls our entire being. Look what happens to people when it's damaged or not functioning properly. Also it's pretty much the only organ we can't get transplanted which is interesting in itself.
