here...so I left. Of course, I got a bill for 30 bucks. I expressed my frustrations about having to ALWAYS wait (my time is valuable to me), and he just smiled and had an excuse. I don't plan on going back, but what should I do about this bill? It isn't fair!

Send him a bill for your wasted time.

Write him a note saying that his keeping a patient waiting is unprofessional and you do not wish to see him again. Also say that if he sends a bill again, you will report him to the local professional society AND the better business bureau.
