me personally ford, but im actually just asking the question because its mindless and i want to see if i get more answers for mindless questions as opposed to questions that require thought.

I don't prefer 1 over the other really. Just like anything, both have their strong points and their weak points. Both companies have been around for quite a while satisfying customers, and I have driven both. My personal preferance is Ford Pick-ups and Chevrolet SUV's. I have driven an 84 Suburban 6.2 diesel, and an 84 F-250 6.9 diesel, and they both were outstanding vehicles.

Chevy all the way!!! i have had nothing but bad luck with fords. they are gas hogs and as far as racing goes nothing ford makes will beat the z06. the gt500 comes close. the mustang sucks unless its a cobra or shelby. my old chevy truck has close to 200,000 miles on it and i have had no problems with it. chevy's have a better ride to. the only reason i would want a ford is for hauling things.
