I LOVE balloon deliveries... You can get them in all types including ones with messages on them, in your friend's favourite colour schemes or with a special something at the bottom to weigh them down... Get on the net and have a look - they'd bring a huge smile to any face.

depends on the reasons.. if he is down because someone broke his heart then try to take him off to a trip or something like that... if he is down because he lose his job just tell him you will try to help him finding a new place or suggest him some sites where he can post his cv or something... be more specific with your question and i am sure you will get better answers.

dress yourself in crazy costumes and do crazy stuff and take pictures of it, and then show them to your friend. like i thought about getting some tight short black leather shorts, and a little black leather vest and then holding a riding crop in my teeth while i hump my cat
