hi i need your help!
i have an essay in sociology with title: why men are more criminal than women.
i wrote about the physical power that man has and is helping him, but am thinking that their character make them also to act in unlawful way

Stop and think for a moment about a different title. Why Blacks are more criminal then Whites.

I am NOT saying they are...but society often THINK they are. Why? because of many double standards that have been set up. If a Black person and a White person were on the street and someone said one of them robbed a bank, you can be sure everyone would "think" the Black person did it.

Today we have much the same mindset toward men as we did (and far too often still do) about Blacks.

Oh at times Blacks did have to steal, not because they wanted to, but they had to in order to feed their families. You see, the Whites often forced them out of jobs, they kept them out of schools to keep them from being able to advance and most of all, society profiled them so if any crime was committed, a Black had to have done it.

Think today. If we hear about a child abuser...who do you think of has having abused that child? The Father? Well do you know mothers do 2/3's of ALL child abuse? Most do not know this because when a child in harmed in the care of a woman, often authorities look for reasons why it was an accident or they even blame dad when he was not even there. If they were in the care of a father, and they are injured in an actual accident, authorities often look for a reason to charge dad with a crime.

Domestic violence is another example. From our public service ads, who is the most common abuser? Are we not told that women make up 95% of the victims? Go to any women's abuse sites and look at the "stats" Most are misleading or out right lies. Stats such as more women go to the ER for domestic violence then rapes, muggings AND auto accidents combined. In reality almost as many women go for DOG BITES as for domestic violence.

Rape....oh we have all heard the joke about the game warden trying to give a woman a ticket for fishing without a license because she had a fishing pole in her hand when she said she would accuse him of rape ...because he had all of the equipment to do it.

My friend, for far too many men, this is NOT a joke. Look at the DUKE case. Many were ready to literally lynch these men because someone said they did it. NO Crime was committed but these men were guilty anyway. Strange, we have not heard from "Rev" Jessie or Al since it was shown no crime was committed. Oh yea...NO charges will be made to the liar who willfully accused them.

In reality, from 40 to 60% of all of the rape accusations are...false. Oh I know some will say just a moment, many women do not report rape but many women do not report rape because they do not think a rape occurred. In fem-speak, a rape has occurred if a woman changes her mind AFTER the fact and regrets it later. In fem-speak, if a husband asked his wife and she said no to begin with and he asked...please, I need you...and she does so even if she did not really want to do so, she was raped. How many men have accommodated their wife in similar ways...why was this not called rape.

We know some will say look at how many men are in prison vs women. Can we really use this?

Consider this. Many times when a man and a woman commit crimes together, they will use the woman to testify against the man and give her a very light sentence if any. The man gets the max. In Texas, a brother and sister went on a crime spree. She shot and killed someone while her brother did not even know she had a gun. He was executed because she turned "states evidence" and got a light sentence. Tami and Jim Baker are another example. Can you honestly say you believe Tami did not have anything to do with the crimes committed by this former PTL leadership? If I am correct, she was the "brains" behind it but she did not spend one day in jail but while her husband was in prisons, she found a new honey and divorced him.

There are 12 female only excuses which allow women to commit crimes, including murder and get away with it. Mary Winker essentially did. She trashed her husband with a shot gun and with labeling him a wife abuser AND a child abuser. Of course, he was not here to defend himself. His 9 y/o daughter did but no one listened to her.

Did you know that the Violence Against Women Act does not hold any woman accountable for her part in any domestic dispute? If she said it happened...it happened...NO QUESTIONS are allowed to be asked. Where is the equal protection clause in this?

Did you know the VAWA rewards women to lie in court?

Did you know it gives a BILLION dollars a year for women but not one dime to HALF the victims of abuse?

Did you know assault as always been illegal but they have moved domestic violence from criminal to civil court thus allowing penalties to be placed WITHOUT due process of law?

Did you know that although when we think of spousal murder, most only think of men killing their wife as in Scott Peterson but I contend that wives murder their husband about as often

If a woman hires a hit man to kill her husband, it is not listed as an intimate partner homicide. If she has an affair with a teenager and hints to him that they could run off and get married except for her husband and he kills him, it is not listed as an intimate partner homicide. Most of the time, she walks and he fries...sometimes literally.

Our purpose is not to demonize women as many abuse sites want to demonize men, our purpose is to get the truth out so that ALL of our people, male or female can ask for and get help be they the abuser or the abused.

I could go on, but I think you get the message.

Crime is called something else by our creator...it is called SIN and sin is not a gender problem....it is a human problem.

I'm so tired of reading about how men are bigger than women, and so it's only sensible that women not be held accountable for their violence. I am equally tired of hearing how men are bigger than women, so it makes sense that we deny them access to many professions, and equal attention in sports, etc. YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! Either size makes a difference in how each gender should be treated, or it doesn't! Now having worked at many DV shelters, and the like, I can tell you that women are as dangerous as men. Men get murdered by women all the time. I've also been around the world, more than once, and I can tell you that women are freaky creative, and are more than capable of doing everything that men can do, sometimes even better than we do it. So I say women should have the same rights and responsibilities that we have. I have also noticed that for the most part, women are told not to hit anyone. Even mild violence is not readily accepted of women, as it is with men, in many of the cultures that I have seen.

Society has allowed men to become "the bullies" If you look through your history books you will see the "pattern" forming for modern man---the advancement of their egos through the allowance of their more volatile behavior to be considered acceptable.
