i'm in agreement with people that are against abortion. but what about if a girl was raped and impregnated due to it? is it justified to have an abortion?

I think there would have to be considerations in cases of insest and rape... I think filing a police report and charges would have to be a part of the deal though so it is not abused and for the obvious... to get that piece of garbage off the streets.

Yes. Or in cases where the gestation and birth process would cause extreme harm to either the mother or the child.
The way I see it, your choices end when you decide whether or not to have sex, and someone who was raped did not get to make that choice.
