WE? u must be joking! LOL! We are the slaves of the capitalism's blaster and powerful doggies' playthings only nothing else yet we have to pay taxes daily for their living. lol...GST. hahaha otherwise why our pays are the lowest while price index alway up up up.

who is we?
if they meant the states, (and who else would ask such a question) then no to both, they are not now nor were they ever a world leader, except in their own eyes...
