Historically, that statement has absolulty no basis in fact if you look at examples such as the tuskegee experiments, mind control experiments including MK-Ultra and operation paperclip as well as artichoke. Operation Northwoods is also very interseting. There are many more examples as well. We do know much of the truth about these things now, but look ho0w long they took to come out.

What about "skunk works"? Which of their projects ever had its cover blown, and that was through a civilian aerospace contractor. The Manhattan Project and all of its contributing project never had their cover blown. How about the billions in dollars spent every year that congressman and the president do not 100% know what the funds are allocated for. Exactly... We find out about many things but no where near everything.

Actually, I think they're just saying it to politely end the "conversation."

Eventually, your exploitation of played-out conspiracies, your posting of manipulated data, your repeating the same questions over and over again...is recognized as either blatant spam or just a desperate need to draw attention to yourself.

And the whole bit about creating other IDs so that you can give yourself some "Best Answers," frankly, that's just plain embarrassing.
