Big Mac sauce is a little bit of a different recipe than just thousand island dressing, I just forgot the ingredient that is different..

You should watch the movie, Super Size Me. The movie isn't about Burger King but how this one man proves how unhealthy eating fast food is. This one man eats McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and dinner. By doing this, he also proves how eating like this affects your mood, body and lifestyle. I wouldn't recommend eating at Burger King everyday; maybe a few times a month not everyday.
