about 1-2 hours and I usually accomplish this by laying in bed awake for 20 minutes or so and then slowly get up and stare off in space or go to me computer for the remaining time until I am awake. then i might start on house work or eat or something.

It takes me long enough for the coffee to be made, put on my house coat and slippers, go out in the backyard, and sit for a good 15 minutes enjoying the hot coffee and a morning smoke (i know so bad, but i just love that morning smoke)

Who the heck invented mornings anyway? Ick. It takes me a couple hours, coffee, and a shower to feel even just half way human. I don't actually wake up until much later.

It takes me about as long as it takes to get to the coffee shop and inhale my double shot latte! Only then can I begin to feel semi-awake. Go Caffeine!!!! ;)

Depends if:
a. I've had a late night - man, i could hit my snooze button for a minimum of 3 times before you could get me up!
b. it's a work day or not - if it is, gotta hurry, hurry! If not, man, i wouldn't care how long I would wake up as long as I get my much-needed sleep!
Ah, the comfort and bliss of sleep!
