As stated before the player who commits the block and the foul will be charged with the foul and not the block. Incidentally if a player commits a block but his teammate commits a foul away from the ball the block would also be taken away.

No, because once he fouls, it is no longer a block, it is a foul. I know that sounds like begging the question, but it's that simple.

He is not credited w/ the block. He gets a foul.

if he fouled BEFORE the block then no, but if he blocked before the foul then yes
