How about "feeling down in the dumps"?

Or,

"I'm heart broken"

"feeling blue"

"feeling puny"

"let down"

"low blow"

To look "down in the mouth".
To feel like you've "had a kick in the pants".

To feel like "if it was raining soup I'd only have a fork".
