I really think that it's mostly because they are afraid of people thinking that they might think otherwise. It's a cultural and emotional thing, and you know how women can be emotional! lol
Now I might think that it's gross, only because some women ought not to be seen having sex with men or women. It's just gross because they are gross. But on the other hand, there are many women who just have a nice look about them. ( ;

Sounds like you are out to get some sort of sick thrills.
To answer your question (and yes, I am a woman) women might be disgusted if they are not lesbian and are not attracted toward other women.

Why are you asking guys why women do things? If guys could figure that out both we and the women would be a lot happier. It is normal for people to find a sexuality they do not share unappealing. That has nothing to do with gender. If something violates my own sense of aesthetics I'll avoid it, that is called free will, something to which all humans are entitled, so they harm no other in it's exercise.

Ok, not a guy but had to answer anyway...I am straight myself and I don't think its gross...just think us women have nasty body parts somedays...and come on... we women do carry odors if we don't properly clean ourselves. Besides, I know what comes outta the private areas and sure don't want to get close to body parts that ooze all kinds of things (sorry for being gross lol).

One woman I spoke to (when I was in college) mentionted that she certainly did not like it when her boyfriend performed cunnilingus on her, so she could not imagine a woman performing it on her or having to perform it on the woman
