stay up or go back to bed for a couple of hours?
I got up before because i couldn't sleep & now i'm tired but i know if i go back to bed now i wont want to get up later & i need to!!

Well I'm up early as well ,it is 7:25 am so you must of been up pretty early ,I'm getting off only came on for a bit ,but i will most properly catch you later when you wake back up .x

Well, I'm going to bed within an hour (it's now 8.45 am) but then I have been on nightshift and have volunteered to do another one tonight. They asked me if I would do tomorrow night too but that would be 12 on the trot with just a sleep day in the middle and I don't need the money that badly.

Do not go back to bed - have a cup of coffee and answer some more questions - and go to bed early tonight.

Just stay up if you need to get up soon anyway... Watch TV or listen to music or something... Then just make up the sleep tomorrow or the next day.

try doing something that makes u sleepy and go back to sleep! Beauty sleep is VERY important.
