If the business was turned over by the plaintiff's husband on the condition that the defendant give money to the plaintiff, then the defendant is violating the contract made with the plaintiff's husband. As executor of her husband's estate, the plaintiff should have standing to pursue legal action and her complaint should be remedied.

There was an obligation to pay for the amount of the garment business which was supposed to be paid by the defendant. The plaintiff has the right to demand payment since she inherited the rights of her husband under the Civil Law.
