Too many! LOL. I was once confused with another patient with the same name when I was hospitalized during a pregnancy. I was to be released and out of no where they told me I had a spot on my liver when in actuality it was the other gal with the same name...I did get to go home.

My name isn't even common in Germany. The only one I found when I was there was getting their film developed at the same place in Munich and they asked which one I was as there were two of us.
If you have my last name here, I guarantee you are a direct blood relative of mine.

Statically speaking I am the only one in the country that has my name, based on this website: http://howmanyofme.com/

I've never met anyone with my first and last name, met few people with my first name, and the only people with my last name I know of are actually related to me.
