The toilet. Only drawback is the rinse cycle, if you're not holding the clothes, they get sucked away never to be seen again.

I depends on where I am at; sometimes its the red sea, others it the nile river, but I prefer to wash them in Lake Michigan, they have a wonderful detergent that makes my clothes smell so lakey!
