Heh, today was one of those days. I moved a wood rack about 30' across the floor of the plant today, only to find out later that the thing weighs about half a ton and usually requires a lift truck to move.

(No, I didn't pick it UP or anything, I just pushed it.)

Yes... I have days where all I want to do is be active, I'm peppy and energetic... Then I have days where I'm tired and sluggish, and I feel like an 85year old trapped in a 25 year old's body.

Yes... it often has to do with how you slept and what you have eaten. If you feed your body with what it needs, it will feel strong and help you live.

yes, it's probably because you had a great night's sleep. lots of things affect your sleep - not breathing properly, stress, emotions, poor posture, etc. any one of these can make you sleep bad & you won't feel as sharp.
