my testicles have been cut back off 10 years in the past ....it never replaced my voice in any respect. That basically works if the testicles are cut back off earlier puberty and the voice hasn't replaced yet.If castration occurs after 35 it incredibly would not substitute plenty different than kill a mans want to have intercourse.

I believe that castration at a young age prevents the voice from deepening. The testosterone during puberty leads to physical changes that include deepening of the voice in men. As far as I know, the high pitch is from the pain. You can die from shock if your testicles are severly damaged but I don't think it changes your voice once your vocal cords are developed.

no...it's a myth...your voice is your voice, unless you damage it and make it higher. (my husband got his throat cut in an accident, bicycle, when he was 16...damaged his vocal cords, he sounds like he has a cold all the time and can't talk for long periods) so only by damaging your vocal cords will they change pitch.

Castrati had their testicles removed BEFORE puberty and their voices changed, to KEEP them higher to sing womens parts in operas....so from the time they were little boys, their voices were high and kept that way...

Your voice will disappear because you will be unconscious from shock/blood loss.
No, they are not connected to your larynx - pay attention in school!

Look up "Castrata". These were singers that had their testies removed for the sole purpose of singing alto. The removal also caused them to grow really tall.

If done at a certain age (castration) testosterone stops producing and the voice will not change (think puberty). If you get kicked in the nuts you are not able to speak.
