As many people already replied, yes it does count as a rebound and 2 points (field goal). If you missed the tip in, then you'll get a rebound and a missed field goal attempt to your stats.
It's also the same if you tip a rebound to your teammate and if your teammate scores, then you get a rebound plus an assist. A recent example of that is when Jason Kidd tipped a long rebound to his teammate, Richard Jefferson, who went straight to the basket and scored during game 1 of Raptors vs Nets. Kidd got a rebound plus an assist for that move.

You get both. Since the tip is actually off of a missed shot it is considered a rebound. The fact that it went in, gives you 2 points

A tip in is recorded as an offensive rebound and a 2 point field goal. A put-back dunk is 2pts and a rebound as well.

If you make a successful tip-in, you would get 1 offensive rebound, 1 field goal attempt, 1 field goal made, and of course, 2 points.

You get both. If it's a legitimate tip and shot attempt, but you don't make it, you also get a rebound.
