I like mine as rare as it can get without causing food poisoning. it's just so good when it's so rare and juicy. and I like it seasoned up pretty well with steak seasoning. I can't remember the name of the particular seasoning right now, but I'm not going to think about it.
ha ha ha, I remember this one time we put it on smoked burgers, and they came out really good.

Well Done! A nice grey streak through the middle. If it's done right, it is still juicy. Those people who like their meat hot off the hoof and still mooing scare me.

if it is bbq chicken that has been marinating for a while, it tastes good a little burnt. But when I do eat steak (not very often I don't really care for it) I like it medium-well....just a little pink.
