Hummmm...... probably some food from a couple of months ago,some lose change,socks, crumbs, pens and pencils, my kids homework papers from when they didn't want me to know they had homework ,heck there is no telling what's under the cushions ya know I bet if I checked I might find stuff I've been searching for for months thanks for the idea........ I'm off to lift the cushions.

Cat nail clippers. The cat always hides them there. He's smart enough to hide them as he hates getting his claws cut but he's not smart enough to think of new spot.
