I think the answer is "Yes". But not starting right from the next world-cup that would be staged in 2011.
You have not given any time frame starting from "from next coming cups" and we assume that the target date for achieving that goal is infinite (boundless, endless).
PS. We in Bangladesh could also hope or dream for the coveted Cricket World Cup championship by say next 12 to 16 years time since as we all know that the Cricket World Cup organized by the sport's governing body, the International Cricket Council (ICC) is held every four years.

I have little dout for the next world cup may be not the next but i am sure that india will win the world cup some or the other day. Because alll this stupid and waste fellows like sachin, dravid, sewagh, and prince of kolkota ganguly will retire by that time and the team will be filled with young blood like mine and yours.

Next cricket world cup is after a gap of 4 years. No one knows at this stage who will be the players representing each country in the next world cup. Hence it is totally unpredictable at this stage who will win the next world cup.
