do u mean a knuckle peircing? if so,dnt do it,it grows out realy fast nd only lasts a week and hurts like hell nd u get left with a realy nasty scar..

They cannot do the end of your finger. There is no loose skin there and it will only get infected. You have to pierce where there is lose skin like ears. You cannot piece into the flesh (meaty parts). You can pierce your grown out finger nail but it does grown out more and so you will have to keep piercing it but there are piercing charms for nails.

yeah!!! that`s really cool!!! my friend got that on his finger & it totally rocks!!! he did it himself (he`s a professional piercer)...he said it didn`t hurt at all...both he & his girlfriend got them on their ring fingers, as a sign of their commitment to each other...it`s so unusual, i`ve been thinking about getting 1, too!!!

Never heard of it but I can guess it would be excruciating pain not to mention nerve damage and infection.
