i end up with this smug on my face...funny, cause it pisses people off...they never know if i'm just blowing them off, if i'm laughing at them...or if i just don't care...

When I get angry,I just go somewhere that I can cool down,and not come back full of anger, cause I know that I will start a fight , with whoever got me angry in the first place.and most of the time that person is just not worth it.

I tend to bottle things up & just try to forget or occupy my time with other things. But eventually it will burst out & it gets worse. So do not do what I do

I get very quiet and don't talk at all. and then I have to stop me from crying. tears just rolls down my cheek.
