The producers without a doubt. Now granted they have the most to lose when they put up their own money for a film but if you make a film for $50 million dollars and it grosses $101 million you are going to make a ton of money.

Nope. The producers do.
Next would be the director or the lead actor.
The Director is usually paid between 1-3 million (even Spielberg). Then they 'usually' get a percentage of the box office which is way more than the check they got. Some don't take the box office and opt for a bigger paycheck, which is still really low. Some opt for a bigger cut of the box office and don't even take a check.
Actors get paid the same way, except much bigger paychecks, usually.

In the end the person(s) that make the most money are the people that hold the rights to the majority of the royalties from the movie. Sure an actor may make 20 million a movie, but not often do they hold a stake in ownership of movie rights. If a movie is really successful they could be surpassed. It all depends.

no way.

it's probably the leading men/women (20-30 million a flick, maybe twice a year is huge)

then maybe studio execs (think about all those severance packages and bonuses those guys get, 7-8 figures a lot of the time)

then agents (i don't know the percentage, but they have more than one client and that must add up)
