Contact my family job etc....and how enforceable is this?, I mean she isn't violent, but she is a real pain in the @ss!! and very nosey too!

if u do get one and she calls u or comes near u...u can call the cops and have her arrested

I have never gotten a restraining order on someone but I dont think they are made for pains in the asses. Otherwise everyone in the world would have one.
Is the mother of your daughter? if so, you have to put up with her at least until the kid is all grown up.

You have to have a good enough reason to get a restraining order on someone......Usually because someone is a pain in the butt is not a good enough one! You have to have police reports of abuse or fear for your life! They are usually very enforcable and they will arrest her if she violates it!:)_

She cannot contact you through a third person. The enforceable part is iffy, depending on where you live, though. Sometimes the law enforcement will help, sometimes they don't care a fudge.

You can not get a restraining order for someone being a pain in the a$$!!! Sorry it doesn't work that way!

It depends how the Order is worded. The specifics of it. And they usually have a "time limit" on them too. Then if you need to, you have to request another one.

Just state in the restaining order to have her not be allowed to be around your job and family and etc... and if you see her around call police!

its just a paper...most dont go by it that you serve it to ..but they can go to jail IF you can PROVE they broke it ... but remember you can go to jail to if you try to contact them to ..
