Yes some animals do sadly get treated better then some humans.

Yes and no. They don't live as long so they need special care when they get old. Take my dog for example, he has had a great life and now for the final years he has every dogs freedom wish, to walk when he wants on his own terms with friends and neighbors that really love him. He doesn't see very well anymore and he gets all wobbly when he over does it. Believe it or not he still tries to have sex at 13. Unfortunately there are humans that don't hardly deserve a decent life. Humans that are cruel and full of hatred.

Most definitely. PETA is a perfect example. Did you ever see the South Park episode with PETA in it? It's called Douche and Turd. Look it up on Wikipedia. It's so true. I'm not saying that animals should be treated bad. I think animals should be treated like humans, but what groups like PETA does is out of control.

Yes, they do. We humans are the custodians of the earth. That means we do need to care for them and to also use them to our benefit when it comes to food. As for killing them for sport or for the sake of a skin coat, forget it!! Their habitats are shrinking every day, especially in the Amazon. There are only 500 tigers living in the wild. Polar Bears are losing their hunting grounds due to warming ice packs. They have their rights to exist as God intended, and we should treat them with respect. As for humans treatment of humans, I wonder if we are the higher life form??
