The egg came first. The creature that layed the egg was not quite a chicken as we know it today bt some previous egg laying bird. Some sort of mutation occured in the sex genes of the parents which then were passed onto the egg which was the wonderful chicken that we eat today. There were also many creatures that layed eggs before the chicken even existed. To all those that say the chiken based on creationist views who are you to say that god didnt just put out a whole bunch of eggs and that through his good graces they managed to survive? Perhaps think a little more before being so confident! So evolutionist its the egg and creationists could go either way but i like the idea of a whole bunch of eggs just sitting around.

well the egg has to hatch the chicken, but the chicken has to lay the egg. So, theoretically, the egg had to come first for the chicken to be born. Creationism wise if you believe in god, the Chicken came first and from that the eggs came. so unless anyone can prove one came first, they both have their raesons for comming first. either way. eggs are disgusting.

EGG. scientifically everything started from small living things. Maybe cells and tissues were forming to create something like eggs or plants or anything.. I guess through the changing enviroment everything is forming.
and Also. EGG coz adan is created first..he has eggs..Joke..only...

the chicken came first coz my nephew was chasing it..and then i had to ask my niece to bring in the eggs..but she dropped a couple of them ..stupid kids...
