Milk them for everything they've got and then walk out. I used to be a mechanic. I was working in this really terrible place but it was owned by GE. Kind of a big company. Maybe you've heard of them. They paid for my training, education and even paid for my licence exam. Maybe if the boss wasn't a prick, I would have stayed, but hey, I've got my licence now, I'm worth lots of money to the guy who's his competition. I put in my two weeks vacation notice and my two weeks resignation the same day.

I usually pull them aside and ask them how their day is going. Disarm them with kindness. If that doesn't work, just do a good job and stay out of their way. If they are callous and negative that's their problem, not mine.

Depends if its somethin hes sayin then record him and go 2 work cover or if its somethin hes doin crack da s*** preferably chuck somethin at him and leave cause these heaps of options out there plenty of windows of opportunity.
