My personal favorite is Greek. Although there was a dish I had at an international cafe it was a honey rice and chicken. I have not found another place that makes it or a recipe that comes close to it. That was 17 years ago, and it was so good that I can still remember the taste.

Nice! But how many versions of Hungarian food can you find?
Mexican (can I still utilize that term and still be PC?) food has been popular and gaining in the American Suburbs for years and Thai and Szechwan is still strong . . .
But is Nomadic Asian the New Mexican?
PanAsian never made the top ten.
