just this past weekend. It was my birthday and we were supposed to be going to san diego for my uncle's annaversery party but my best friends ever who moved to texas came and we went to disneyland instead!!! it was the best surprise ever!!!

It was just a couple of weeks ago when a property manager I worked for last year at another complex showed up at the apartment complex I now manage. Previously, he told me he wanted to visit my new property but would call first. I hadn't seen him in months and didn't believe he was going to show in the first place.
Anyway, I was so shocked when he did show up!! I couldn't speak much; he is my mentor whom I greatly admire, so I was too nervous to speak. If I knew he was coming ahead of time, I could have been expecting him and not been so nervous.
So much for calling first.
