Yes! Whatever will make you feel better is good. After a time you won't want this anymore. Sooner or later you will realize that this person was not the right one for you. You will meet the dream person of your life and wonder what you ever saw in this other person. Good luck and don't give up.

If it will make you feel better then course you should. It's only when you cant stop eating the junk food that theres a problem.

I went through the same thing not so long ago and seriously craved ben and jerrys phish food. I just made sure that when i went to buy the comfort food i also bought some nice and healthy stuff as well such as smoothies and lots of fruit and veg. Which meant that once the comfort food was gone i went on to the nice and healthy stuff. Worked for me.

Hope things get better

well i totally understand but it all depends yes we all know these things are not good for you but it is an unhappy moment in your life right now and these things are comfort food for you it is obviously much better to turn to food rather than alcohol or drugs
it will be fine as long as you don't over indulge in the sense that you eat 5 plates of nachos and 10 bags of twizzlers now that would be bad lol but you can indulge a little.

No necessarily. However, there are more destructive ways of dealing with emotional pain. Sometimes a little junk food is better than, say, grabbing a bottle of liquor, or other ways of avoiding a problem.

Its not necessarily good for you, but if it comforts you temporarily, why not? Just be aware if you develop some more chronic eating problems...

HA! i'm in basic terms about 16 weeks pregnant with my first toddler, and that i have been yearning an extra lengthy chili cheese coney dogs from Sonic! I regularly hate warm dogs of any style, yet I actually have truly been yearning this for a lengthy time period now! I had also heard that it replaced into risky to devour warm dogs and lunch meat, as they might carry risky micro organism. even if, upon further study, i chanced on that you'll certainly devour both warm dogs and lunch meat, see you later because it truly is cooked! i for my section can't stand raw warm dogs, so as it truly is not any longer too puzzling for me! delight on your warm dogs! possibly this form of days i will persuade my husband to enable me devour one! lol

Go for a walk, then drink a big cold glass of water.

If you still want this stuff, have the nachos.

write a letter to your mom, then go for a walk to the store, buy ice cream, have some when you get home.

you get the idea.

Yes, eat whatever you're craving but not long term. I think this is called emotional eating so I hope your emotions steady real soon. Try exercise, you will find it works wonders.

watch what you eat now. you don't want tostart having health problems after your break up. you are trying to find solutions to help you through this time, not to add to your problems. so eat the food if it will comfort you, but don't overdo it.
