Who are the ebay bidders with id like bidder 2 or bidder 6. Do they work for ebay or what.

Gracious. What ridiculous answers you've gotten so far.
If you aren't the seller of the item, the buyer ID is hidden to stop scammers from sending false Second Chance Offers and other junk to the bidder.

No. I believe that the seller used an option to hide the bidders identity. So you only see Bidder 1...2...etc...

They are you and me. This is to keep names hidden when they have someone from a certain country. To protect us from attacks and stuff.
If you look it up there, it will tell you more about it.

I don't think so I think they are just too lazy to get a creative screen name. I don't use e-bay so I don't know for sure.
