There are gays in those groups, however many of them remain closeted or hidden due to the intolerance that may be rampant. People choose to keep their sexual orientation private due to the ramifications of coming out. It makes sense if you consider the number of hate crimes perpetrated against gay people in this society.

There are actually a lot of gay men that play football and ride motorbikes. You shouldn't ask questions like these without having all of the facts.

Ever go into a men's leather bar with the bikes outside...ever hear of the international Gay Games (for world class athletes in really sissy sports like swimming, hockey, etc.) BTW the latter are multi-million $ events.
And we've had some gold medal olympians as well who are "out".

Probably because they are afraid to come out.
Football is so incredibly homoerotic--are you certain that 100% of the players are heterosexual? I imagine about 10% of them are gay, which is proportional to the rest of the population.

There are, just not widely publicized. Those really aren't areas where I think men would want to come out either in fear that they would lose their masculinity. I'm very straight but if that who you are, that's who you are and you shouldn't be ashamed and hide it. Come out of the closet and play with the rest of us.

There are, but many of them are still in the closet. Homosexuality is not limited to a particular group.
