Your best resource is a dictionary, but here are a few more tips:
Alliteration dictionaries exist in a few forms. An example is M. Vincent van Mechelen's VOCABULARY OF ALLITERATION - http://mvvm.net/Poet/VocAll/TH.HTM
This site will give you some better, more creative ideas of how to use alliteration in poetry or song. In other words, THR need not be at the beginning of the word, and you are by no means restricted to TH, THR, or bound to running your alliterated words together. Space them out. Use other Ts. Choose words with TH or THR combinations like "something", as suggested in MVVM's site. Most of all, have fun with it.
And don't forget wonderful onomatopoeias like THRAK, THUNK, THRUM, THUMP, THOK, THRASH... ;)

The on-line Encyclopedia Britania says that
"in prosody, the repetition of consonant sounds at the beginning of words or stressed syllables. Sometimes the repetition of initial vowel sounds (head rhyme) is also referred to as alliteration. As a poetic device, it is often discussed with assonance and consonance. In languages (such as Chinese) that emphasize tonality, the use of alliteration is rare or absent. "
Therefore.... words with "thr" would be likely your best.
Thrash, throw, through, threw, thrive.
