if they are exhaust clamps there is three things to do. One is spray them with lube and hope they come loose. another way is to heat them with a torch and then work them off. and the last is...just turn them until they break and replace them...they are cheap ...that's what I'd do.

If your talking about the exhaust manifolds to do a valve job just disconnect the manifold from the pip and remove it with the head, other then that , may the force be with you, bless you

I normally will heat the nuts up with a torch until they are glowing dull red, then put the wrench on then and they will usaully come loose

i would cut them with a die grinder unless they are the ones that hold the manifold 2 the block
