If light is considered both a particle and a wave, then could the position and velocity of an electron both be the same thing? If this were true, then does that mean the universe is everything, infinite, one giant body with a brain or what ever you want it to believe?

I have to agree with Gene. A basic understanding of physics is necessary to discuss it.

I think you're misunderstanding wave-particle duality in the first place, and drawing a horribly bad comparison.

Your statement amounts to 1=2, and by basic experimentation and observation, can be disproven.
