I want to buy the Xyron personal cutting system to do scrapbooking and school projects but it costs about a hundred and twenty five dollars should i buy it? has anyone tried the cricut electronic cutter? this one costs about three hundred dollars.
which one do u think i should buy?
which one works best?

the other website is cricut.com and click on products at the top and then click on where it says cricut machines it looks like a small computer kind of thing

Look at it this way: if you buy more than $120.00 worth of die cuts in a year, then it justifies the cost of the machine.

I hope to see more answers on this. I have not seen any system with custom dies. Some have packages for expansion, not anything that one can use for *original* designs.

Nice cardstock thread bobbins are about 10/$12. With 144 colors or more in a project, it'd be a one-time indulgence and all after "free". If only there was a system to handle it.

it looks like a really interesting tool.. is it something you would use as a money making project, or just for fun either way, if it is something which will make your life better, i would encourage you to check out all of the aspects of each model , and decide what you really need. i believe in getting the best tool for the job... you only have to buy it once..think of all of the ways you might just piddle that money away, or just spend it on something which will make your life better and more creatively satisfying
